My Review
I have a very hectic crazy life. I have 2 young boys with special needs and I myself have several health issues. Relaxation is not something that comes easily to me. I have been using this CD for a few weeks now and I love it. I use it at bedtime when everyone else is finally asleep. It works wonders. I find myself sleeping better and feeling better when I wake up in the morning. The cards are a great tool too if you want to use the cd during the day for some meditation. This is the second cd I’ve reviewed from Last Laugh Productions and I’m very happy with it. I will definitely keep going to them for these types of cd’s. I give this one a 5/5!
