Our Review
We had so much fun going to Lego Fest! Pittsburgh is about 4 hours away so we went up there Saturday night and stayed in a hotel close to the convention center. My boys were fascinated going through the tunnels and over the bridges on the drive out. They could barely sleep Saturday night but we finally got them settled down. We left for the convention center Sunday morning and got there right at 9 am when the doors opened. I thought their little jaws were going to disconnect from their heads when we got into the Lego Fest! There were Lego character statues all around and several different seperate play areas in the front of the area. Then there was the big brick pile. That held their attention for quite awhile. There were different Lego challenges that the kids could do. The boy loved the displays of the cities and states. There was just so much to look at every where we turned. They had a Lego store set up where you could purchase sets, small and large. This was really an amazing experience for us and I’m so glad we got the chance to do this!
