My Review
I have Fibromyalgia and Arthritis so I’m all about anything that helps me feel better. I had heard good things about Krill Oil so I was excited when I got the chance to try it. We just made a HUGE move from PA to FL and I knew I was going to be feeling the effects of everything. I started taking this about 2 weeks before we actually moved. I noticed that I felt a little clearer mentally. The biggest thing was that I didn’t seem to have as much knee pain when moving day came. That’s a very big deal for me because my knees hurt all the time. I’ve had 3 surgeries on my right knee. One of my biggest issues with supplements like this is taste, and being able to swallow them because some are huge and get stuck in my throat and leave a nasty after taste. I did not have a single one of these issues with this Krill Oil supplement! I haven’t had my cholesterol tested, or if I did I don’t remember lol, so I cant attest to that part of the Krill Oil. Like I said I was surprised by how much it helped with what I call Fibro Fog. There are days when I swear I have to think about what my own name is and simple questions can really throw me off. Nothing is going to “cure” me, but I’m glad I have found something that I can actually say helps, and doesn’t have any nasty side effects. Between being able to think a little clearer and feeling some of my Fibro and Arthrits pain subside I’m a pretty happy camper right now. I’m able to do a little more and have more fun with my family, and they love that too!
