My Review
It seems the older I get and the more stress that comes my way the harder it is to handle it and be able to relax at all, let alone sleep. I’ve started using relaxation techniques and music to try to help. This island journey CD is great. I’ve even used it with my boys at night to help them relax for bedtime. The instrumental music really helps us relax after some of our long days. This isn’t only for night time for us though. It’s a great way to just relax a little in the middle of the day or in the morning to start the day. My son is ADHD and PDD and he loves music of any kind, and he loves this CD. I can’t wait to see what else Last Laugh Productions and Robert Hamaker have to offer.
